Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until chunky or smooth—your choice!

Mix in the onion, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro.

Stir in lime juice.

Cover and chill for 15–30 mins, or serve immediately with tortilla chips or veggies.

🥭 Mango Salsa
Ingredients:


2 ripe mangoes, diced

2 jalapeños, diced (remove seeds for less heat)

⅓ red onion, finely diced

¼ cup cilantro, chopped

2 limes, juiced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Combine mango, jalapeños, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl.

Pour over lime juice and stir well.

Season with salt and pepper.

Let sit for 10–15 mins to let flavors blend. Pairs great with chips or grilled fish!

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shrimp, chopped into bite-sized pieces

Juice of 3 fresh limes

2 Roma tomatoes, diced

1 medium red onion, diced

2 jalapeños, diced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:


In a bowl, combine shrimp with lime juice and let it marinate for 10–15 mins.

Ingredients:


4 ripe tomatoes, diced

In a bowl, combine tomatoes, jalapeños, onion, garlic, and cilantro.

Squeeze in lime juice.
